Fan Noise Deficiency Syndrome [FNDS]

Title of this post is pretty vague and does not make much sense. I wanted to write something more like Digest post of all things going on around. Being bad at vocabulary and an standing-out student in English classes I was not able to figure out a more appropriate title. [Now how should I say cut the introduction crap and read the list?]

  • Fan Noise Deficiency Syndrome

I am not able to sleep properly in nights because I am turning off my computer while I sleep. Its nothing like I am conserving energy or something. Just that I have no more need to keep it running over night.
So now that I am addicted to noise processor fan makes in night. I find nights too monotonous and eerily quiet

  • A post quoted from archive mystery of nothing and donno

People think I am enigmatic and I try to be enigmatic by giving non-deterministic answers to most of the questions. This air of mistrust is enigmatic to myself.

For every questions that starts with ‘what’, I reply ‘nothing’ or ‘kuch nahi’ and for others I reply ‘pata nahi’ or ‘donnow’. eg. My coach asks me, “What are you doing?” I don’t feel anything worth that needs further discussion so I say ‘nothing’. I didn’t know that he wanted a response as a report and not a general question. He comes back and say, “Aren’t we spending too much time doing nothing.” He asks, “What are you going to do on weekend.” I have nothing interesting to discuss again. So I say ‘nothing’. Response I get is, “Ahan! Interesting! Normally people don’t do ‘nothing’ in Bangalore on weekends.”. People start thinking I am hiding something that they need to know. It was the most decent example I could have provided. People even come up to me and ask, “You love being a puzzle. Don’t you?”

It is plain simple thing that I say nothing because I am normally not interested in explaining things I do. I find it so difficult to explain things to people. If I explain things in details people think that I think they are stupid. If i provide fast summary they think I think myself as super smart. << Understood this? .. Yeah thats the whole point.

So what did I blog about? ‘Nothing :)

  • I recently realized that I use these words quite frequently:
    1. wondering
    2. wow
    3. anyway
    4. totally

anyways wondering if i should totally ditch using these terms.

  • Been to a bloggers meet on Sunday.

Funny part is I was not able to pronounce the group’s name till the end of the meet. Blog-a-loreans. Had loads of bitter chocolates at chocolate junction and live tweeted about it.

  • Interview at Being A Blogger

I published an interview with Saurabh at BaB . Thing I particularly like about interviews is bunch follow-up questions . They always have the most interesting answers. Interviews with gobimama and kaushik gopal
needs to be reworked on before publishing. I am wondering if I should properly promote Saurabh’s interview to old faithful readers before posting new ones.

  • Project Deadlines.

Along with all the fun stuff going on, deadlines for buzz – opinion mining platform are coming close. Trying to forget all unrest and work with energy to finalize it.

Quote of wisdom:

What you think, others think about you is actually what you think.
